The well-shaped MoO3@m-SiO2 catalyst demonstrated improved catalytic performance compared to homogeneous Mo catalysts, commercial Pd/C, or MoO3 nanoparticles, offering a new avenue for the heterogeneous catalytic synthesis of valuable bioactive molecules.
