A robust fuzzy-fractional approach for the atmospheric internal wave model

Parthkumar P. Sartanpara et al.

Summary: This work presents the study of internal atmospheric waves, also known as gravity waves, which are detectable inside the fluid rather than at the fluid surface. The time-fractional and fuzzy-fractional techniques are used to solve the differential equation system representing the atmospheric internal waves model. The q-Homotopy analysis Shehu transform technique (q-HAShTM) is applied and compared with the HAM solution to demonstrate its accuracy.

Effect of heat transfer on Jeffery-Hamel Cu/Ag-water nanofluid flow with uncertain volume fraction using the double parametric fuzzy homotopy analysis method

Lalchand Verma et al.

Summary: This study discusses the heat transfer effects on magnetohydrodynamics Jeffery-Hamel nanofluid flow with different nanoparticles, copper Cu and silver Ag, and investigates the impact of uncertain volume fraction on fuzzy velocity and temperature profiles. A novel double parametric form-based homotopy analysis method is introduced to analyze the influences of nanoparticles uncertain volume fraction on fuzzy velocities and temperature profiles in both convergent and divergent channel positions, validating the obtained results with previously published results in certain environments.

Diminishing vortex intensity and improving heat transfer by applying magnetic field on an injectable slip microchannel containing FMWNT/water nanofluid

Aliakbar Karimipour et al.

Summary: The study revealed that utilizing injection technique in the presence of a magnetic field in a microchannel containing FMWNT/water nanofluids can enhance heat transfer efficiency and reduce entropy generation; higher nanoparticle volume fraction and Reynolds number contribute to the amplification of the magnetic field effect.

Heat transfer analysis of nanofluid flow in a channel with non-parallel walls

H. Berrehal et al.

Summary: This study explores the heat transfer of nanofluid flow in a channel with non-parallel walls, using Cu and Ag nanoparticles with water as the base fluid. Equations governing the flow are obtained through a similarity transform and solved using OHAM, ensuring rapid convergence of the solution. Comparative analysis validates the results presented regarding fluid velocity, temperature, skin friction coefficient, and Nusselt number.

Natural Convection and Entropy Generation of MgO/Water Nanofluids in the Enclosure under a Magnetic Field and Radiation Effects

Yacine Khetib et al.

Summary: The study found that increasing Ra and decreasing Ha can enhance heat transfer rate and entropy generation, while adding radiation heat transfer increases the overall heat transfer rate. Additionally, increasing the volume fraction of magnesium oxide nanoparticles leads to an increase in heat transfer rate and entropy generation, while changes in magnetic field strength and enclosure angle have varying effects on heat transfer rate.

Effects of Different Wall Shapes on Thermal-Hydraulic Characteristics of Different Channels Filled with Water Based Graphite-SiO2 Hybrid Nanofluid

Yacine Khetib et al.

Summary: Through a numerical study, it is found that an increase in nanoparticle volume fraction and Reynolds number leads to changes in thermal-hydraulic characteristics inside the channel, resulting in an increase in the PEC index, which reaches its maximum value at a Reynolds number of 15,000.
