Two-parametric families of orbits created by three-dimensional galactic-type potentials

Thomas Kotoulas

Summary: This paper focuses on studying the mean field potential of galaxies and families of star orbits, analyzing three-dimensional potentials through astronomical observations and the inverse problem of dynamics. Various examples of potentials commonly used in Galactic Dynamics are provided, along with considering special cases and potentials producing families of straight lines.
