Characterization and Compensation of Detection Electrode Errors for Whole-Angle Micro-Shell Resonator Gyroscope

Jiangkun Sun et al.

Summary: Improving the performance of the whole-angle micro-shell resonator gyroscope requires attention to the characterization and compensation of detection electrode errors. Experimentation and theoretical analysis can help reduce angle estimation errors, and eliminating these errors can decrease bias instability and improve scale-factor nonlinearity.

Adsorption behaviour of NO, NO2, CO and CS2 molecules on the surface of carbon-doped gallium nitride nanosheet: A DFT study

Hossein Roohi et al.

Summary: The study shows that CN-GaNNS based sensors have high potential for detecting NO and NO2 due to significant changes in conductance and appropriate adsorption energy. Additionally, the significant change in N-O bond length of NO gas after adsorption suggests that CN-GaNNS could potentially be used for catalyzing NO gas.

Adsorption of SF6 decomposition gases (H2S, SO2, SOF2 and SO2F2) on Sc-doped MoS2 surface: A DFT study

Baoliang Li et al.

Summary: In this study, the adsorption behaviors of four typical SF6 decomposing gases on MoS2 and Sc-MoS2 surfaces were investigated using density functional theory. It was found that Sc-MoS2 has excellent adsorption properties for SO2, SOF2, and SO2F2, but weak adsorption for H2S. The introduction of Sc atom as the active center significantly enhanced the adsorption effect for target gases.
