Design and Optimization of a Novel Microchannel Battery Thermal Management System Based on Digital Twin

Summary: In this study, a method for optimizing battery thermal management system using microchannel liquid cooling and a virtual model based on digital twin is proposed. The results show that microchannel plates can enhance cooling capacity and improve coolant uniformity. By increasing coolant flow and using Gaussian process regression algorithm, the system can be further optimized, reducing maximum temperature and temperature difference.
