Summary: Insight-HXMT has observed the magnetar SGR J1935+2154 and found that about 15% of the bursts can be described by the CPL model, with a higher frequency of occurrence. The radiation intensity of these bursts is weaker compared to Fermi/GBM, but follows the same power-law distribution. Additionally, a burst with a similar peak energy to the X-ray burst associated with FRB 200428 has been discovered.

A peculiar hard X-ray counterpart of a Galactic fast radio burst

Summary: Fast radio bursts have unknown physical origins and are potentially linked to young, highly magnetized, isolated neutron stars known as magnetars. A recent hard X-ray event detected is found to be temporally coincident with a bright radio burst in the direction of the Galactic magnetar SGR 1935+2154, showing properties similar to FRBs. The rarity and hardness of the X-ray spectrum of this event compared to typical bursts from SGR 1935+2154 suggests a possible association between bright, FRB-like magnetar signals and hard X-ray bursts.

Summary: During April and May 2020, SGR J1935+2154 emitted numerous short bursts, with one burst forest episode exhibiting thermal spectral components and high-energy maxima during photon flux peaks correlated with the spin period of the source. The emitting area of the high-energy component was significantly smaller than the low-energy component, indicating a potential origin within closed toroidal magnetic field lines at a low-altitude hotspot.
