Summary: This study revealed a significantly higher rate of MBR hypoechogenicity in migraine patients, which was associated with depressive symptoms, suggesting that TCS-detected hypoechogenic MBR abnormality could be an imaging biomarker of depressive symptoms in patients with migraine.
