Simultaneous quantitative analysis of ten bioactive flavonoids in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (Qing Pi) by ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography and high-resolution mass spectrometry combined with chemometric methods

Summary: This study aimed to establish a rapid and sensitive method for identifying and quantifying ten flavonoids in Qing Pi using UPLC-DAD-HRMS. Chemometric methods were applied to distinguish Qing Pi of different origins and specifications. The results showed significant differences in flavonoid contents between Qing Pi samples of different origins, as well as between Si Hua Qing Pi and Ge Qing Pi.
