Doubly heavy tetraquarks in an extended chromomagnetic model

Xin-Zhen Weng et al.

Summary: Using an extended chromomagnetic model, the masses of doubly heavy tetraquarks are systematically studied, revealing the dominance of color-triplet configurations in the ground states. It is found that the importance of color-triplet configurations increases with the mass difference between quarks and antiquarks. Three stable states below the pseudoscalar meson thresholds are identified.

Newly observed exotic doubly charmed meson Tcc+

S. S. Agaev et al.

Summary: In this work, the newly observed doubly charmed four-quark state T-cc(+) is treated as an axial-vector tetraquark and its spectroscopic parameters and width are calculated. Various methods, including the QCD two-point sum rule method and QCD three-point sum rule method, are used to determine the mass, current coupling, and width of the tetraquark T-cc(+).

Possible molecular states of D(*) D(*) and B(*) B(*) within the Bethe-Salpeter framework

Hong-Wei Ke et al.

Summary: Using the Bethe-Salpeter framework, this study investigates the possible molecular structures of D-(*()) D-(*()) and B-(*()) B-(*()) systems. The findings support the hypothesis that T-cc(+) is a molecular state of (DD)-D-0*(+) (or D*D-0(+)). Additionally, other potential molecular states are also identified.

Mass spectra of doubly heavy tetraquarks in an improved chromomagnetic interaction model

Tao Guo et al.

Summary: This study systematically investigates the mass spectra of S-wave doubly heavy tetraquark states with different quantum numbers using the improved chromomagnetic interaction model. The parameters of the model are obtained by fitting conventional hadron spectra and used to predict the masses of the tetraquark states. The results show the presence of several stable bound states in both doubly charmed and doubly bottomed tetraquark systems, consistent with experimental measurements.

Prediction of new Tcc states of D* D* and Ds*D* molecular nature

L. R. Dai et al.

Summary: In this study, we extended the theoretical framework to describe the T-cc state as a molecular state of D* D and made predictions for the D* D* and D-s(*) D) systems. We found that bound states only exist in the J(P) = 1+ channel. Additionally, by using input parameters to regularize the loops of the Bethe-Salpeter equation, we observed different binding energies and widths for the D*D* and D*s D-* systems.

Double-heavy tetraquark states with heavy diquark-antiquark symmetry

Summary: In this study, the masses of QQ (q) over bar(q) over bar tetraquark states are calculated using the HDAS and CMI model. The results indicate that double-charm tetraquarks are unstable, while stable double-bottom tetraquarks have specific mass ranges.

Heavy Tetraquarks in the Relativistic Quark Model

Rudolf N. Faustov et al.

Summary: The masses of tetraquarks with two and four heavy quarks were calculated in the relativistic quark model using the quasipotential approach and QCD, based on the diquark-antidiquark picture. A comparison with experimental data revealed numerous candidates for tetraquarks, with the recent structures observed in the di-J/psi mass spectrum potentially corresponding to ccc over bar c over bar tetraquarks.

D0D0 π+ mass distribution in the production of the Tcc exotic state

A. Feijoo et al.

Summary: In this study, a unitary coupled channel analysis was performed on the interaction of the D*D-+(0), D*D-0(+) channels, revealing a state that is barely bound and very close to isospin I = 0. Using experimental data as input, the width of the state and the (DD0π-)-D0+ mass distribution were obtained, showing good agreement with results from other data analyses. When considering experimental resolution, the width of the state was found to be about 43 keV, a significant difference from the initial findings.

Doubly heavy tetraquarks, qq'(QQ)over-bar', in a nonrelativistic quark model with a complete set of harmonic oscillator bases

Sungsik Noh et al.

Summary: The study improves the nonrelativistic quark model by introducing a complete set of three-dimensional harmonic oscillator bases and validates the method by comparing calculated binding energies with exact values for the hydrogen model. The new method is applied to analyze double heavy tetraquark states and calculate ground state masses, with certain states found to be stable against the two lowest threshold meson states. The study also discusses the spatial sizes of the tetraquarks.

Analysis of the γγ → D(D)over-bar reaction and the D(D)over-bar bound state

En Wang et al.

Summary: In this work, researchers investigated the reaction of gamma gamma -> D (D) over bar with consideration of final state interaction. By fitting the measured data, they found a good reproduction using an amplitude that produces a bound D (D) over bar state with isospin I = 0 near threshold. However, the error bands of the fits indicate that more precise data are needed for a more assertive conclusion.

Masses of doubly heavy tetraquarks with error bars

Eric Braaten et al.

Summary: In the heavy-quark limit, two heavy quarks in a doubly heavy baryon or tetraquark are bound into a compact diquark by their color-Coulomb potential. The doubly heavy hadrons are related to heavy hadrons obtained by replacing the heavy diquark with a heavy antiquark, based on the heavy-quark-diquark symmetry of QCD. Effective field theories can be used to approximate the masses of singly heavy and doubly heavy hadrons by expanding them in inverse powers of heavy-quark masses. The masses of ground-state doubly heavy tetraquarks, predicted to be stable against strong decays, can be determined based on experimental measurements of heavy mesons and baryons, as well as lattice QCD calculations for doubly heavy baryons.
