We propose an optical apparatus that utilizes quantum nondemolition measurement (QND) for polarization qubits, achieving a success probability of 0.95 with real active devices. This apparatus is capable of implementing multiqubit Toffoli gates, reversible AND/NAND gates, and Peres gates.
