Motor point stimulation induces more robust F-waves than peripheral nerve stimulation

Naotsugu Kaneko et al.

Summary: This study compared the F-wave-like responses induced by MPS and PNS in the soleus muscle. The results showed that the motor response at the F-wave latency induced by MPS was different from the H-reflex and had a greater amplitude, higher persistence, and less pain compared to the F-waves induced by PNS.
