Novel eco-friendly water-based conductive ink for the preparation of disposable screen-printed electrodes for sensing and biosensing applications

Summary: This paper presents a novel water-based conductive ink and successfully applies it in the screen-printing of disposable electrodes. The electrode shows good linear relationship and low detection limit in the quantification of uric acid and catechol. The new electrode demonstrates outstanding analytical characteristics and has the potential to be a disposable, low-cost, and environmentally friendly platform for electrochemical sensing and biosensing purposes.

MWCNT Ink with PEDOT:PSS as a multifunctional additive for energy efficient flexible heating applications

Summary: An all-printed flexible, energy-efficient heater was developed using PEDOT:PSS as a binder and dispersant for a conductive ink primarily made of MWCNT. The ink formulation, with enhanced stability due to pi-pi interaction between MWCNT and PEDOT:PSS, showed a sheet resistance ideal for flexible heater applications. The screen printed flexible heater based on MWCNT-PEDOT:PSS nanocomposite demonstrated impressive energy efficiency and thermal stability.

Achieving High-Resolution Electrohydrodynamic Printing of Nanowires on Elastomeric Substrates through Surface Modification

The surface modification methods, along with proper printing conditions, can be selected to tailor and optimize the printing performance.
