Metal halide perovskite nanocrystals with enhanced photoluminescence and stability toward anti-counterfeiting high-performance flexible fibers

Ranran Zhou et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a modification strategy using zinc bromide to improve the fluorescence performance and stability of CsPbX3 perovskite nanocrystals. The modified nanorods exhibit superior luminescence properties and show potential for applications in anti-counterfeiting and composite materials.

Metal halide perovskite nanocrystals with enhanced photoluminescence and stability toward anti-counterfeiting high-performance flexible fibers

Ranran Zhou et al.

Summary: This paper presents a modification strategy of introducing zinc bromide into CsPbX3 perovskite under atmospheric conditions, resulting in improved fluorescence properties. The study explores different morphologies and sizes of perovskite nanorods and finds that they exhibit superior luminescence properties. Furthermore, the modified nanorods are infiltrated into a composite paper material, demonstrating excellent fluorescence anti-counterfeiting performance. These findings expand the scope of perovskite research and have implications for applications in anti-counterfeiting, nano-photoelectric devices, and fluorescent composite materials.

Synergetic surface defect passivation towards efficient and stable inorganic perovskite solar cells

Yali Liu et al.

Summary: Passivating ionic defects on the surface of inorganic perovskite films using DADA significantly reduces defect density and extends the lifetime of charge carriers within the film. Additionally, DADA treatment induces an upward shift of the energy band edge of the perovskite layer, potentially facilitating hole extraction at the interface.

Boosting triplet self-trapped exciton emission in Te(IV)-doped Cs2SnCl6 perovskite variants

Ruosheng Zeng et al.

Summary: The study investigates the effect of Te4+ doping on the optical properties of lead-free Cs2SnCl6 perovskite variants, revealing the luminescence mechanism and processes induced by Te4+ doping through calculations and spectral analysis. The results show that the emission in Te4+:Cs2SnCl6 originates from STE recombination and is influenced by temperature-induced lattice distortion.

Synthesis and luminescence properties of apatite-type red-emitting Ba2La8(GeO4)6O2:Eu3+ phosphors

Kun Nie et al.

Summary: A new red-emitting Ba2La8(GeO4)(6)O-2:Eu3+ phosphor was successfully prepared, showing pure apatite phase without impurities. The optimal luminescent properties were achieved with a doping concentration of 0.08 mol Eu3+ ions. The phosphor exhibited a reddish emission under near ultraviolet excitation, with a quantum yield of 37.23%.

A novel and facile synthesis strategy for highly stable cesium lead halide nanowires

Ranran Zhou et al.

Summary: The study successfully developed a simple and efficient synthesis strategy for all-inorganic cesium lead halide CsPbI3 perovskite-like NWs, which can be synthesized without an inert gas and under air, significantly reducing the required temperature, steps, time, and cost. The as-synthesized NWs have ideal morphology and performance. The photoluminescence mechanism of CsPbI3 NWs involves self-trapping behavior in the radiative recombination process, and the synthesis temperature is closely related to the composition of CsPbI3 NWs, opening up new avenues for the synthesis of perovskite-like NWs.
