The Effect of a New N-hetero Cycle Derivative on Behavior and Inflammation against the Background of Ischemic Stroke

Summary: Ischemic stroke triggers a cascade of pathological changes in the brain, including postischemic inflammation. In this study, a new compound called Compound 4 was synthesized and its anti-inflammatory activity was studied. The results showed that Compound 4 reduced inflammation, increased the synthesis of anti-inflammatory cytokines, and positively affected neurological deficit in rats.
