An investigation into microstructure, tribological and mechanical properties of cold sprayed Inconel 625 coatings

Summary: In this study, Inconel 625 coatings were successfully deposited on 6061 aluminum alloy using high-pressure cold spray, exhibiting excellent mechanical and tribological properties. The coatings showed good adhesion strength, high and uniform hardness values, and tribological performance influenced by normal load and sliding velocity.
