In-situ regulation of the isothermal 03 phase and mechanical properties is achieved in selective laser melted Ti15Mo. The evolution of isothermal 03 phase due to intrinsic heat treatment significantly affects the mechanical properties, with yield strength ranging from 576 to 1095 MPa and elongation ranging from 13.4% to 54.9%.
