This study evaluates the lifetime of OLEDs using barrier films and/or thin film encapsulations. The results show that B2D encapsulation offers better barrier performance compared to B2B encapsulation. Additionally, the L50 values for G2B and G2D encapsulations are 54% and 82% of that for G2G encapsulation.
