The Co-Ce doped ZCF sample exhibited higher resistivity and showed different dielectric behaviors at different frequencies.

Summary: Lanthanum doped Zn0.5Co0.5LaxFe2-xO4 spinel ferrites were synthesized and characterized using various techniques including XRD, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, I-V measurement analysis, UV-vis spectroscopy, LCR meter, Seebeck analysis, and EDX. The addition of La3+ resulted in changes in lattice constant and crystallite size, as well as variations in chemical bonding interactions. The study also found that factors influencing the magneto-dielectric properties reached maximum values at x=0.1.
