Economic benefits of construction waste recycling enterprises under tax incentive policies

Jingkuang Liu et al.

Summary: The study found that tax incentive policies have a positive impact on the economic benefits of construction waste recycling enterprises, but are no longer the main factor after a certain period of time. It is recommended that the government improve tax laws and incentive policies, increase equipment tax incentives to enhance the economic benefits of enterprises.

Characterization of sustainable mortar containing high-quality recycled manufactured sand crushed from recycled coarse aggregate

Zhiming Ma et al.

Summary: This study proposes an innovative method to crush recycled coarse aggregate into recycled manufactured sand, which can be used to prepare high-quality recycled mortar with high strength and good durability. The recycled manufactured sand has superior properties compared to recycled fine aggregate, and can significantly improve the performance of recycled mortar.

Long-term analysis of the physical properties of the mixed recycled aggregate and their effect on the properties of mortars

Ruan L. S. Ferreira et al.

Summary: The study investigates the influence of using mixed recycled aggregates (MRA) in cement and lime-based mortars through statistical modeling with Machine Learning algorithms. Results show that the 1:1:6 mixture ratio presents better mechanical performance and water absorption, and no significant differences were found in the physical and mechanical properties of different MRA samples and mortars at different periods of time investigated.

Properties of recycled aggregate concrete designed with equivalent mortar volume mix design

Jeonghyun Kim

Summary: This study provides a literature review on the properties of recycled aggregate concrete designed by the equivalent mortar volume method, which is considered a novel mix design for recycled aggregate concrete. The paper discusses the fresh properties, mechanical properties, durability performance, and environmental benefits of the mix design, starting from fresh properties like slump, density, and air content of concrete.
