The crystal structure, magnetic, and thermal properties of M-type BaFe11.9In0.1O19-doped hexaferrite were investigated. The material exhibited a hexagonal crystal structure with lattice parameters of a = 5.8992(1) Å and c = 23.2275(7) Å, and an average grain size of 6 μm. A ferromagnetic-paramagnetic phase transition occurred near T-C = 420 °C. The solvothermic reaction of water vapors in active centers did not have a strong influence in the temperature range of 30 ≤ T ≤ 317 °C. The oxidation behavior of the material was analyzed using thermogravimetric spectra over a wide temperature range.
The crystal structure(,) magnetic and thermal properties of M-type BaFe11.9In0.1O19-doped hexaferrite were investigated. It was found that the crystal structure of this solid solution has hexagonal symmetry with P6(3)/mmc space group (No 194) and a = 5.8992(1) angstrom, c = 23.2275(7) angstrom unit cell parameters. It was determined that the average grain size is d over bar (d) over bard = 6 mu m. The ferromagnetic-paramagnetic phase transition occurs near T-C = 420 degrees C. It was also established that the water steams that react in active centers are shattered on the surface as a result of the solvothermic reaction being in a weak mutual influence on the temperature interval 30 <= T <= 317 degrees C. Thermal transitions repeated as the temperature rises to the highest available values have been established. The oxidation behavior was determined using thermogravimetric spectra in a wide temperature range.
