The Fault Tolerant Hybrid Resource allocation Model (FTHRM) proposed in this paper aims to minimize Turnaround Time (TAT) while providing fault tolerance. The model uses prior reservation and alternate resource mechanisms to ensure task completion and outperforms Minimum Completion Time (MCT) in terms of performance.
