Research progress of p-type Fe-based skutterudite thermoelectric materials

Summary: Optimizing thermal transport performance of p-type filled skutterudite materials at the atomic-molecular and nano-mesoscopic scale through methods such as doping, multi-atom filling, and using low-dimensional structures and nanocomposites has been effective in recent years. Additionally, synergistic optimization methods of electrical and thermal transport parameters, along with advanced preparation technologies for p-type filled skutterudite materials, have shown significant improvement in the thermoelectric properties.
