Macrophage-targeted mannose-decorated PLGA-vegetable oil hybrid nanoparticles loaded with anti-inflammatory agents

Summary: This study engineered mannose-decorated hybrid nanoparticles based on PLGA and vegetable oil to efficiently deliver lipophilic anti-inflammatory therapeutics to macrophages. The mannose-decorated formulations showed good stability, drug encapsulation efficiency, and potential immunomodulatory properties.
