Validation of Long Mononucleotide Repeat Markers for Detection of Microsatellite Instability

Long mononucleotide repeat (LMR) markers can enhance the interpretation of microsatellite instability (MSI) assays. The LMR MSI panel demonstrates high sensitivity and specificity for dMMR detection in colorectal cancer (CRC) and greater sensitivity in endometrial cancer (EC).
