Use of high dose cyproterone acetate and risk of intracranial meningioma in women: cohort study

Summary: An observational cohort study conducted in France involving 253777 girls and women aged 7-70 found a strong dose-effect relationship between the use of high dose cyproterone acetate and the risk of intracranial meningiomas.
