Structural characterization and antioxidant activity of an acetylated Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide (Ac-CPP0.1)

Summary: This study investigated the primary structure and protective effect of an acetylated Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharide (Ac-CPP0.1) on dendritic cells treated with H2O2. Ac-CPP0.1 was found to enhance antioxidant enzyme levels, modulate Nrf2 and Keap1 expression, and exhibit better antioxidant capacity compared to CPP0.1.Results suggest the potential application of Ac-CPP0.1 as an antioxidant agent.
