Full-Duplex Relay with Delayed CSI Elevates the SDoF of the MIMO X Channel

Tong Zhang et al.

Summary: This article investigates the total secure degrees-of-freedom (SDoF) of the MIMO X channel with confidential messages, establishing upper and lower bounds through relay-aided transmission schemes. Results show that a multiple-antenna full-duplex relay with delayed CSI can increase the total SDoF even without CSI at two transmitters.

On Secure Degrees of Freedom of the MIMO Interference Channel With Local Output Feedback

Tong Zhang et al.

Summary: This article studies the Sum-secure Degrees of Freedom (SDoF) of the MIMO interference channel with local output feedback, proposing two novel transmission schemes and establishing a lower bound for Sum-SDoF. It is shown that using local output feedback can lead to a higher secure sum-rate than using delayed channel state information at the transmitter.

Achievable DoF Regions of Three-User MIMO Broadcast Channel With Delayed CSIT

Tong Zhang et al.

Summary: This paper designs transmission schemes for a three-user MIMO broadcast channel with delayed CSIT and arbitrary antenna configurations, and analyzes the achievable DoF region through a transformation approach. The decoding condition of the transmission scheme is transformed into the achievable DoF region, connecting phase duration and achievable DoF, characterizing the DoF region of order-2 messages and expressing an achievable DoF region for order-1 messages.

Secure Degrees-of-Freedom of the MIMO X Channel With Delayed CSIT

Tong Zhang et al.

Summary: The letter investigates the secure degrees-of-freedom for a MIMO X channel with confidential messages and delayed CSIT, proposing a transmission scheme and deriving a sum-SDoF lower bound. It reveals the minimum number of transmit antennas needed to achieve the maximum of the lower bound when the number of receive antennas is fixed.
