Summary: Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) have achieved state-of-the-art performance on various machine learning tasks. Existing models have limitations in aggregating information and updating node embeddings, as well as neglecting graph structure information. This paper proposes a novel GNN architecture, GAIN, which addresses these issues by using multiple types of aggregators, attention mechanisms, a graph regularized loss, and a graph feature interaction mechanism. Experimental results show that GAIN outperforms current state-of-the-art models on all tasks.

Heterogeneous Hypergraph Variational Autoencoder for Link Prediction

Embedding Traffic Network Characteristics Using Tensor for Improved Traffic Prediction

Summary: This paper introduces a new traffic prediction method TeDCaN, which considers traffic reciprocity between different locations, reduces data dimensionality, and improves prediction accuracy. Investigations using large traffic datasets from 2 different cities reveal that the prediction accuracy of TeDCaN considerably outperforms several state-of-art baselines. TeDCaN achieves around 20% reduction in the RMSE scores compared to the baselines, showing its applicability in scenarios where existing models may be inadequate or difficult to use.
