Optimal control of renewable energy communities with controllable assets

Summary: This paper proposes a generic formulation for redistributing electricity generated by community members using repartition keys, and optimizes both controllable assets and repartition keys to minimize the combined total value of electricity bills. The results show that simultaneous optimization of controllable assets and repartition keys greatly reduces the electricity bills of community members.
