Current and emerging biologic and small molecule systemic treatment options for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis

Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are chronic inflammatory diseases affecting the skin and joints, respectively. This review summarizes current biologic and small molecule treatment options as well as emerging therapies for moderate-to-severe adult plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
