Impact of Aging on the Ovarian Extracellular Matrix and Derived 3D Scaffolds

Summary: Advancements in medical care, sanitation, and living standards have increased life expectancy but also brought new challenges, such as reproductive aging. Changes in the ovarian extracellular matrix and gene expression levels related to aging have been observed. Additionally, a 3D ECM-based biological scaffold has been successfully developed as a predictive in vitro model for studying reproductive aging.
