Nonlinear interaction effects in a three-mode cavity optomechanical system

Summary: In this study, we investigate the resonant enhancement of nonlinear interactions in a three-mode cavity optomechanical system with two mechanical oscillators. By using the Keldysh Green's function technique, we find that the resonant interaction of two phononic polaritons can greatly enhance the nonlinear effects on the cavity density of states due to their small effective dissipation. Furthermore, we determine the optimal point for probing the nonlinear effect in the large detuning limit, taking into account the upper bound on the achievable dressed coupling.
