Continuous-wave diamond laser with a tunable wavelength in orange-red wavelength band

Yunpeng Cai et al.

Summary: We report a continuously tunable diamond Raman laser with output from 592-624 nm based on an all-fiber tunable ytterbium-doped laser. The maximum output power of 4.5 W is achieved at 40 W of pump power with a maximum slope efficiency of 17%. Additionally, the anti-Stokes spectrum is observed in the output spectrum. This work demonstrates the potential to achieve continuously tunable multispectral outputs with the same technique.

Stretchable Photodetectors Based on Electrospun Polymer/Perovskite Composite Nanofibers

Hae-Jin Kim et al.

Summary: In this study, stretchable photodetectors were designed using thin and uniform polymer/perovskite composite nanofibers produced by electrospinning of a polymer/perovskite precursor solution. The excellent percolation of perovskite nanoparticles leads to high photocurrents under green and red light illumination, with a stretchability of up to 15% strain in any orientation.

Soft Polymer-Organolead Halide Perovskite Films for Highly Stretchable and Durable Photodetectors with Pt-Au Nanochain-Based Electrodes

Avi Mathur et al.

Summary: Incorporating polymer chains into MAPbI3 films alters their mechanical modulus and viscoelastic nature, resulting in highly stretchable and stable perovskite devices when combined with flexible nanochain electrodes. The polymer-MAPbI3 devices exhibit ultralow dark currents and high light switching ratios, maintaining a significant percentage of performance even after prolonged cycling. The viscoelastic properties and lower modulus of the polymer improve energy dissipation in the devices, enhancing their durability compared to MAPbI3 films.
