Summary: This paper introduces a metal-semiconductor-metal (MSM) metasurface with Fabry-Perot (F-P) and multiple plasmonic resonant modes to achieve multiband stealth technology. Tunable photoresponse in twisted lead iodide homostructures via exciton-phonon coupling

Summary: Twisted-angle-induced unusual electrical and optical properties in van der Waals homostructures have attracted significant attention and show potential for optoelectronic applications. In this study, broad-band photoresponse is demonstrated in twisted lead iodide homostructures, overcoming the band-gap limitation of semiconductors. The fabricated photodetectors exhibit ultralow dark current, fast response, and high responsivity from ultraviolet to near-infrared range. This work presents a simple strategy for realizing broadband photodetectors and highlights the potential of twisted two-dimensional structures for next-generation optoelectronic applications.

Multi-reflection-enhanced electromagnetic interference shielding performance of conductive nanocomposite coatings on fabrics
