Glutathione-responsive nanogels (CDNPs) crosslinked with crosslinker DBHD incorporating BRAF inhibitor dabrafenib and COX2 inhibitor celecoxib were synthesized. The CDNPs can efficiently induce tumor cell pyroptosis and activate strong antitumor immunity. Furthermore, CDNPs combined with alpha PD-1 antibody significantly suppressed tumor growth and prolonged survival in a melanoma mouse model.
