A fractional study based on the economic and environmental mathematical model

Qiliang Chen et al.

Summary: The purpose of this investigation is to numerically study the fractional order economic and environmental mathematical model (FO-EEMM). The study aims to find more realistic results of the FO-EEMM with non-integer and fractional order derivatives. The FO-EEMM is divided into three aspects: control accomplishment cost, capability of manufacturing elements, and diagnostics cost of technical exclusion. The FO-EEMM's solution is presented numerically using scaled conjugate gradient neural networks (SCGNNs). Three cases based on the FO-EEMM have been examined to evaluate numerical performances.

Parameter identification of Hammerstein-Wiener nonlinear systems with unknown time delay based on the linear variable weight particle swarm optimization

Junhong Li et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a method for parameter estimation of Hammerstein-Wiener nonlinear systems with unknown time delay. The linear variable weight particle swarm method is used to transform the nonlinear system identification problem into a function optimization problem in the parameter space. By utilizing the parallel searching ability of particle swarm optimization and iterative identification technique, all parameters and the unknown time delay can be simultaneously estimated. The simulation results demonstrate the fast convergence speed and high estimation accuracy of the proposed method for H-W systems with unknown time delay, and its application in bed temperature system identification.

Effect of heat transfer on hybrid nanofluid flow in converging/diverging channel using fuzzy volume fraction

Lalchand Verma et al.

Summary: This work investigates the magneto-hydrodynamics Jeffery-Hamel nanofluid flow with heat transfer between two rigid non-parallel walls using hybrid nanoparticles (Cu and Cu-Al2O3). The study extends the MHD nanofluid flow problem by considering fuzzy volume fraction and heat transfer with diverse nanoparticles, and examines the influence of thermal profiles with hybrid nanoparticles on the fuzzy velocity profiles. A novel double parametric form-based homotopy analysis approach is applied to study the fuzzy velocity and temperature profiles with hybrid nanoparticles in both convergent and divergent channel positions.

An Application to Nonlinear Fractional Differential Equation via α-ΓF-Fuzzy Contractive Mappings in a Fuzzy Metric Space

Uma Devi Patel et al.

Summary: In this paper, a new family of functions called Gamma-functions and a concept of alpha-Gamma F-fuzzy contractive mappings are introduced. The existence and uniqueness of fixed points for a new type of fuzzy contractive mappings in fuzzy metric spaces are established. Additionally, examples and an application to nonlinear fractional differential equations are provided, highlighting the importance of the introduced theorems in fuzzy settings.

Riemann-Liouville Fractional Inclusions for Convex Functions Using Interval Valued Setting

Vuk Stojiljkovic et al.

Summary: In this study, various fractional convex inequalities of the Hermite-Hadamard type are established in the interval analysis setting, and new inequalities are derived. The recently defined p interval-valued convexity is used to obtain many new fractional Hermite-Hadamard type convex inequalities. The derived results are supplemented with suitable numerical examples and generalize some recently reported results in the literature.

Optimal solution of fractional differential equations in solving the relief of college students' mental obstacles

Guo Zhirong et al.

Summary: This thesis focuses on solving boundary value problems of a class of fractional differential equation coupled systems with a p-Laplacian operator. It applies these solutions to alleviate the psychological barriers of college students. The study shows that using fractional differential equations to analyze the causes of college students' psychological barriers plays an essential role in eliminating those barriers.

The Model of Sugar Metabolism and Exercise Energy Expenditure Based on Fractional Linear Regression Equation

Jinchao Gao et al.

Summary: The study explored the characteristics of carbohydrate metabolism and energy consumption in different groups of people with the same oxygen consumption during exercise. It was found that heavier volunteers had lower sugar, fat metabolism, and energy consumption compared to regular weight volunteers under the same exercise intensity. The fractional linear regression method proves helpful in analyzing the relationship between glucose metabolism and exercise energy.
