Colorimetric visualization and SECM imaging of latent fingerprints on food surfaces

High-Content Label-Free Single-Cell Analysis with a Microfluidic Device Using Programmable Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy

Summary: A methodology combining P-SECM and an addressable microwell array dramatically shortened the time consumption for topography detection and ALP activity evaluation of single cells compared with traditional SECM imaging. By implementing the dual-mediator-based voltage-switching mode, the platform investigated ALP activity in hundreds of tumor and stromal cells, revealing higher ALP activity in cancer cells and heterogeneous distribution of ALP activity at the single-cell level. This platform holds potential as a high-content screening tool for label-free single-cell analysis with deterministic routing of addressed cells on a scalable microfluidic device.

Theoretical and experimental verification of imaging resolution factors in scanning electrochemical microscopy
