Selection of Aptamers for Sensing Caffeine and Discrimination of Its Three Single Demethylated Analogues

Summary: In this study, four high-quality aptamers for caffeine were isolated and their binding patterns were explored. Additionally, a fluorescent sensor was designed to detect caffeine concentration in different samples, achieving a low detection limit even in complex body fluids.

Selection and Application of ssDNA Aptamers for Fluorescence Biosensing Detection of Malachite Green

Summary: In this study, three DNA aptamers with good affinity for malachite green were obtained by Capture-SELEX. These aptamers can sensitively and specifically detect malachite green in a FRET fluorescent aptasensor, showing high specificity and recovery rate.
