Can it be osteoarticular involvement in the brucellosis?

Summary: This case report describes a case of Brucellosis in an acute geriatric unit in Qatar. The patient presented with high-grade fever, chills, anorexia, low back pain, and arthralgia. Lab investigations revealed elevated CRP, low Hb, and mild elevation in ALP. Blood culture and high brucella antibody titer confirmed the diagnosis of Brucellosis.
