Michael Khazaka et al.

Summary: The pharmacological evaluation process for a polymedicated patient with toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is presented in a case study. A 75-year-old Caucasian woman with multiple medications developed TEN, which improved after discontinuation of drugs and 10 days of treatment. The hospital pharmacist utilized a systematic method to determine the possible culprit drugs through comprehensive pharmacological history and literature review.
