Summary: By drawing from career-construction and experiential learning theories, this study investigated the relationship between internship satisfaction and career decision self-efficacy mediated by career adaptability, moderated by students' core self-evaluation. Data from 516 students in top-tier private hospitality and tourism institutes in India were collected, and the results showed that internship satisfaction enhanced students' career adaptability and significantly influenced career decision self-efficacy, depending on their levels of core self-evaluation.
