The Role of China in Enhancing Global Supply Chains: Legal Obstacles and Solutions

Summary: Due to its low-cost, highly educated and abundant labor, improved infrastructure, and foreign direct investment, China has played a crucial role in enhancing global supply chains. However, the implementation of domestic and global supply chains in China needs improvement in its legal system. The article aims to explore legal options to overcome current barriers and highlight the role of UNCITRAL in creating favorable legal rulings for China's global supply chains, while emphasizing the need for further legislation to address legal deficiencies.
