Femtosecond pulse laser fabrication of zinc oxide quantum clusters/nanoparticles and their electrical, optical, and chemical characteristics

Summary: In this study, quantum clusters/nanoparticles of zinc oxide were synthesized using femtosecond laser irradiation deposition technology. The ultrasmall zinc oxide nanoparticles showed better electrical, optical, and photocatalyst characteristics compared to larger zinc oxide particles. The efficient photocatalytic reactions of the ultrasmall zinc oxide nanoparticles make them suitable for studying ecological and environmental impacts.
