Right Ventricular Longitudinal Conduction Delay in Patients with Brugada Syndrome

Summary: This study demonstrated a significant RV longitudinal conduction delay in patients with Brugada syndrome, characterized by prolonged PR interval and delayed conduction times between RVA-RVOT and RVOT-RVA. Isoproterenol did not have a significant effect on the longitudinal conduction time difference, suggesting that RV conduction delay may contribute to the generation of the Brugada syndrome phenotype.
