In their recent study, Ma et al. conducted a comprehensive evaluation of ionic thermoelectric materials by examining the field evolutions of temperature, voltage, and ionic concentration. This research provides important insights for researchers to understand the performance of these materials.
Ionic thermoelectric materials have recently aroused intense research interest because of their promising potential for heat en-ergy conversion. In a recent Cell Reports Physical Science article, Ma et al. presented a comprehensive study of the evaluation param-eters from the view of field evolutions of temperature, voltage, and ionic concentration.
