Experimental Infection of Domestic Pigs with an African Swine Fever Virus Field Strain Isolated in 2021 from the Dominican Republic

Summary: This study observed the clinical presentation of an ASFV field strain isolated from the Dominican Republic in domestic pigs. The results showed that the virus caused varying degrees of disease, with some animals experiencing acute fatal forms and others presenting with mild transient diseases.
