The results showed that preoperative high NLR, PLR, CEA, and low BMI were associated with poorer overall survival (OS). NLR was found to be an independent predictor of stage I-II CRC, while CEA level was an independent predictor of stage III-IV CRC.

Prognostic significance of cachexia index in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treated with systemic chemotherapy
