Summary: The combination of peptide lipid (PL) and sucrose laurate (SL) coated carbon nanotubes has shown great potential for achieving controlled release of genes for anti-tumor activity through photothermal effects. The resulting SCNT-PS/siRNA delivery system exhibited high anti-tumor activity and efficient systemic delivery to tumor sites.
