Canonical scalar field inflation in f (T) gravity with well-known potentials

Abdul Jawad et al.

Summary: In this study, we investigate the canonical scalar field inflation within the framework of the power law f(T) gravity model. Three different potential models (Valley hybrid inflation potential, exponential potential, and Woods-Saxon potential) are assumed and analyzed. Our results show that the computed observable quantities are consistent with the Planck 2018 results.

Summary: This letter investigates the matter-antimatter asymmetry and baryogenesis phenomenon through the f(R, A) theory of gravity. The results show that the f(R, A) gravity theory can consistently explain the gravitational baryogenesis phenomenon and is in good agreement with observational data.

Integral F (R) gravity and saddle point condition as a remedy for the H0-tension

S. Nojiri et al.

Summary: In this study, an F(R) gravity theoretical framework is provided for solving the H-0-tension. The existence of a metastable de Sitter point is found to alleviate the H-0-tension, and a unified description of the inflationary era and the late-time accelerating era is proposed. The study also introduces a new class of integral F(R) gravity functions and discusses the Einstein frame inflationary dynamics.

Dynamical system analysis for accelerating models in non-metricity f(Q) gravity

S. A. Narawade et al.

Summary: Two accelerating cosmological models based on symmetric teleparallel f(Q) gravity are introduced, with Q representing non-metricity. These models are constructed with different functional forms of f(Q) and a dynamically changing deceleration parameter. The dark energy in f(Q) gravity exhibits a dynamical equation of state parameter and crosses the phantom divide line.

Dynamic stability of A-varying non-zero torsion cosmology

Abdul Jawad et al.

Summary: This paper utilizes dynamical system techniques to study the stability analysis of Friedmann-like spacetime in the presence of torsion. By converting the equations of motion into a first order autonomous system of differential equations and introducing an ansatz for the torsion term, the effects of various forms of interaction on stability are examined. It is found that the cosmological solutions can describe different evolutionary phases and exhibit stable attractor behavior.

k-Essence Inflation Evading Swampland Conjectures and Inflationary Parameters

Abdul Jawad et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the inflationary scenario within the framework of k-essence model and swampland conjectures, focusing on three models of Chaplygin gas and discussing various parameters like equation of state, slow roll parameters, and curvature perturbation. The results show that the values of omega are less than -1 for each model, with different ranges for r and ns, and comparing their compatibility with the 2018 Planck data. Additionally, bounds for the swampland conjecture were determined for each model.

Compatibility of big bang nucleosynthesis in some modified gravities

Abdul Malik Sultan et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the implications of Einstein-Aether and modified Horava-Lifshitz theories of gravity on big bang nucleosynthesis. By comparing the models with observational bounds, it is found that the chosen gravity models satisfy the constraints of big bang nucleosynthesis, making them viable cosmological models.

Dynamical stability analysis of accelerating f(T) gravity models

L. K. Duchaniya et al.

Summary: In this paper, the stability analysis of accelerating cosmological models obtained in f(T) gravity theory is emphasized. The phantom-like behavior of the models at the present epoch is observed based on the evolution of the equation of state parameter. Perturbation technique and dynamical system analysis are used to demonstrate the stability and critical points of the models. In each of the two specific f(T) gravity models, at least one stable critical point is observed.

Cosmological solutions and growth index of matter perturbations in f(Q) gravity

Wompherdeiki Khyllep et al.

Summary: The study investigates one of Einstein's alternative formulations based on nonmetricity scalar Q generalized as f(Q) theory, focusing on the power-law form of f(Q) gravity. The analysis reveals that the geometric component of the theory determines the late-time acceleration of the Universe, and the model deviates from ΛCDM even for |n| < 1 at the perturbation level. The integrability of the model is examined using singularity analysis, finding conditions under which field equations pass the Painleve test and possess the Painleve property.

Five-dimensional Einstein-Chern-Simons cosmology

F. Gomez et al.

Summary: In this study, a five-dimensional Einstein-Chern-Simons action involving a gravitational sector and a matter sector was considered. The gravitational sector utilized a Chern-Simons gravity action instead of the traditional Einstein-Hilbert action, while the matter sector was described by a perfect fluid. The gravitational Lagrangian was obtained through gauging certain Lie algebras, which were derived from the S-expansion procedure of anti-de Sitter and de Sitter algebras. Analogy with four-dimensional cosmological schemes was discussed based on the field equations derived from the anti-de Sitter and de Sitter frameworks on the cosmological plane.
