Multi-scale characterisation of a ferroelectric polymer reveals the emergence of a morphological phase transition driven by temperature

Design and test of a piezoelectric micropump based on hydraulic amplification

Summary: A flexible-diaphragm piezoelectric micropump based on hydraulic amplification is designed to address small deformation of piezoelectric vibrators and improve overall performance. By driving the liquid to amplify the vibrator displacement, the micropump achieves significant enhancement in performance. Experimental results show that the micropump has higher self-priming height, output pressure, and output flow compared to conventional piezoelectric pumps.
